Ask yourself... how much money has your business left on the table? We recently did a survey (Jan '10) in my city of Daytona Beach. We looked at 100 businesses from a variety of catagories that advertised their business' website in a local advertisement. Of 100 websites we surveyed...ONLY 2... had a follow up email system. Ask yourself... if a potential client calls to inquire about your business and leaves a message. You call them back right?
Why are you not following up with your website?
A follow up name & email list is a critical tool for any brick & mortor business. In today's business world, your clients expect it.
